2.3 Identity and Impersonation Abuse

- Using the platform for purposes other than its intended function as an automated investment tool

3. Responsible Disclosure of Security Vulnerabilities
Folder Labs takes platform security extremely seriously. If you discover a potential security vulnerability, bug, or weakness in our systems, we strongly encourage you to report it to us responsibly rather than exploiting it.

6. Enforcement Actions

- Temporary account restriction: limited access to specific platform features pending investigation or corrective action

7. Appeals Process

- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity linked to organized crime
- Deliberate exploitation of security vulnerabilities for financial gain or to cause harm
- Submission of fraudulent identity documents or impersonation of another person
- Threats of violence, extortion, or blackmail directed at Folder Labs staff or other users
- Coordinated attacks on platform infrastructure designed to cause significant disruption or financial damage
- Any activity that places the safety or security of other users at immediate risk
In all zero-tolerance cases, Folder Labs will immediately terminate the account, freeze associated funds pending legal review, and report all relevant information to appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Folder Labs employs continuous automated and manual monitoring systems to detect abusive behavior, suspicious activity, and potential policy violations. These systems include:
