1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access and use the Folder Labs platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You must not be a resident of a country where the use of automated trading platforms is prohibited by law
- You must not be subject to any sanctions, financial restrictions, or legal prohibitions that would prevent your participation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
Folder Labs reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that does not meet these requirements or that violates these Terms at any point.
2. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your login details and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Specifically, you agree to:
- Never share your password, 2FA codes, or account access with any third party
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
- Enable two-factor authentication, which is mandatory for all logins and withdrawals on Folder Labs
- Notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Folder Labs will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3. Platform Services and Automated Trading
Folder Labs provides an AI-powered automated trading platform designed to execute trades on your behalf based on real-time market analysis. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The automated trading system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without manual intervention
- Trading decisions are made by AI algorithms processing over 50,000 market signals per second
- Past performance of the trading system does not guarantee or imply future results
- All investments carry inherent risk, and the value of your account may increase or decrease
- Folder Labs does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
- You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the platform is appropriate for your financial situation and risk tolerance
- The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum initial deposit required to activate automated trading features on Folder Labs is $250 USD or the equivalent in your local currency. Deposits below this threshold will not activate trading functionality.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Folder Labs accepts deposits via verified payment systems including major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. All payment methods are subject to verification and may vary by jurisdiction.
4.3 Withdrawals
Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the account dashboard. The following conditions apply:

- Folder Labs does not charge hidden withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges

6. Prohibited Activities
By using the Folder Labs platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its systems, or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any platform software
- Interfering with or disrupting platform infrastructure, servers, or networks
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access the platform outside of its intended functionality
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content or data from the platform without written authorization
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform policies or limits
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds where legally permitted, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available on or through the Folder Labs platform are the exclusive property of Folder Labs or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended personal investment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments, including through automated systems, involves significant risk. Before using Folder Labs, you must fully understand and accept the following:
- Capital risk: you may lose some or all of the capital you deposit on the platform
- Market risk: financial markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable; past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results
- Technology risk: automated systems may experience technical failures, connectivity issues, or algorithmic errors
- Regulatory risk: changes in laws or regulations may affect the availability or legality of platform services in your jurisdiction
- Currency risk: exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of your funds if you are investing in a currency different from your local currency

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Folder Labs, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

- Financial losses resulting from trading activity, market volatility, or algorithmic performance
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices
- Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers integrated with the platform
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Folder Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

11. Account Suspension and Termination
Folder Labs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete or maintain required identity verification
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
- Extended periods of account inactivity as defined in our operational policies
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our internal procedures.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Folder Labs.

Folder Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or aspect of the platform at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature or service.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or guidelines published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Folder Labs with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
